USCIS Proposes Significant Changes to EB5 Program

USCIS just announced significant proposed changes to EB5 Program, specifically, enhancing the communication channels between applicants and adjudicators, establishing Premium Processing Service and overall accelerating the processing of applications involving fully-developed projects and creating an Expert Decision Board that would allow for in-depth, objective adjudication.   These are great signals evidencing USCIS desire to make the program work, and for anyone considering utilizing EB5 immigration avenue these are great indicators for solidifying the Program.
